The metal etching pens made by GIMA are the ideal solution for permanently marking metal. The following materials can be labelled simply and cost-effectively with the heat resistant (up to 650°C) 5004 etching marker: Tool steel. Once marked you simply neutralise the marking with NEUTRALIX.
Application:
- Clean surface thoroughly (abrasive block, abrasive felt)
- Remove oxide layer, oil and grease
- Mark
- Clean/neutralise with NEUTRALIX NG01
- Oil with corrosion protection KBS 4000 to provide protection from corrosion
